Refund and Return Policy

At Fursaad Marketplace, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we've created this refund policy to help guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for a refund:
Eligibility
for a Refund: Each seller determines their own return eligibility period, which
may range from 0 to 15 days or more. Please refer to the seller’s policy before
initiating a return. To be eligible, products must be returned in their
original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

What products can be returned?
You
may submit a return request for any product that does not fall under the
“non-returnable” list defined by the seller or platform.
2. Return process:
To
initiate a return, contact the seller directly via the Fursaad Marketplace. The
seller will provide return instructions and may request documentation. Buyers
are responsible for ensuring timely and professional returns.

your order details page and submit the return request.
2.2 Initial
Seller Review
The
return request will be reviewed by the seller. If rejected and you believe it
to be valid, you may request reconsideration or escalate to the Fursaad team
for intervention. If approved, the return moves to the pickup stage.

Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and confirmed to meet the return
conditions, the AI Refund Agent will process the refund.
3.1
Refund Method
Orders paid by card: Refund will be issued to the original card. - Orders paid
via COD: Refund will be credited to your wallet, usable for future purchases.
3.2
Delivery Company Pickup
The delivery partner will contact you to arrange pickup of the product.
3.3
Final Seller Inspection
Once the item reaches the seller, they will physically inspect it. If approved,
the refund will be processed. If rejected, you may request another review or
dispute via the Fursaad team.
4. Delivery Charges
- For undelivered orders: If the issue is the buyer’s fault (wrong address,
unresponsive), the seller may be charged. If due to the delivery company’s
fault, the seller is not charged.

For delivered and returned orders: The buyer pays the delivery to them; the
seller pays the return shipping back from the buyer.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return including, but not limited to:
- Digital books and software
- Swimwear, socks, underwear, and lingerie
- Beauty and personal care items, hygiene-sensitive baby products
- Used or installed items - Opened media (DVDs, games)
- Perfumes and cosmetics
- Items with tampered or missing serial numbers
Sellers
may further restrict return eligibility. Always check seller policy before
ordering
6. Dispute Resolution
If a
resolution cannot be reached with the seller, you may file a dispute with
Fursaad Marketplace for mediation.
7. Policy Changes:
Fursaad reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be
