Orders should be processed and dispatched within the timeframe specified in the listing or within a reasonable timeframe if no timeframe is specified.

2.4 Provide Tracking Information:

Sellers must provide accurate tracking information to buyers once the order is shipped.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their packaging and shipping methods comply with applicable regulations and customs requirements.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

3.1 Verify Shipping Address:

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process.

3.2 Choose Appropriate Shipping Method:

Buyers should carefully review the available shipping options and choose the one that best meets their needs and budget.

3.3 Track Order and Notify of Issues:

Buyers are encouraged to track their orders using the provided information and promptly notify Fursaad Marketplace or the seller of any discrepancies or delivery delays.

4. Shipping Options and Costs

Merchants are responsible for stating the cost of delivery as they are responsible for delivering items to buyers within the indicated timeframe. Merchants could offer a variety of shipping options and costs depending on the seller's preferences and the buyer's location. These options will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Costs Structure

The merchant of each store sets the shipping cost. Some merchants may offer free delivery, AED 10, or AED 20. The checkout will add the cost of these deliveries for each store.

Example 1: If you buy one or more items from Seller A, which sets its delivery cost at AED 10, your total shipping charges at checkout will be AED 10.

Example 2: If you buy one or more items from Seller A (which sets his/her delivery cost at AED 10) and one or more items from Seller B (which sets his/her delivery cost at AED 20), your total shipping charges will be AED 30.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by sellers based on the chosen shipping method and destination. These estimates are subject to change and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event of lost or damaged goods during transit, buyers should contact the seller first. If a resolution cannot be reached, Fursaad Marketplace may intervene to mediate the issue.
